Senza uses a standard crust for our gluten-free pies. We also offer an egg-free option, for which there is an additional charge.

Most, but not all, of the fillings are dairy-free. Dairy-free options are highlighted with an DF.
All fruit is subject to availability. A large pie currently varies from $18-22.

Crusts

  • Ingredients: GF flour (sweet rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca flour, potato starch), Butter Flavor Crisco, margarine, water, eggs, apple cider vinegar, xanthan gum, salt

  • Ingredients: GF flour mix (white rice flour, potato starch, cornstarch, corn flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), butter flavored Crisco, water, salt

Pear Torte

Not technically a pie, but it’s our family favorite!

  • Crust: rice flour, sugar, butter, cornstarch, tapioca flour, vanilla, salt.

    Topping: pears, apricot preserves, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon.
